Is it a lost cause, or is there a solution to your, mine and our hair (or lack thereof) problems?
Can we grow hair the easy way? Can we grow hair fast? Can we grow hair faster? Can we grow hair at all? Or are we destined to being bald?
Maybe we need to go back to the ‘root’ cause of the problem. Hair loss is caused by any number of things.
Shaving hair off to emulate Michael Jordon, or Yul Brynner or Telly Savalas is one way.
Stress, hormonal imbalance, infections, hair pulling and medications are other ways that can cause hair loss; but adjustments to ones’ lifestyle, or the taking of or changing of medications might stop hair loss and even restore hair.
More common however is male pattern baldness (of which I am a victim) or female pattern baldness whereby the hair becomes thin. For me, the hair loss started in my twenties and progressed (or regressed depending on your point of view) over the years in spite of trying many solutions.
Can we grow hair fast, or faster, or grow hair the easy way? I don’t think there is any easy way, but I continue trying.
So let us now trudge the road to happy hair growth.
